Dial A Diaper/Formula Direct provides free shipping on all formula orders via either USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) or UPS ground shipping. Generally speaking, up to and including one case orders, will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. UPS will often be used as our carrier for multi case orders. This can change based on multiple factors. If you, the consumer, have a personal priority between the two, we ask you not to hesitate, but to call us with your request.
Any customer who requires faster shipping must contact us at 732-942-7648 or at formulaexpress123@gmail.com to receive price quotes on various available expedited shipping options, which can include overnight or other shipping options.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 A.M to 5 P.M E.S.T. The earlier your order is left over the weekend, the faster we will be able to send it out on Monday. All orders are shipped out the same business day if placed before 3:30 PM E.S.T. Monday-Thursday.Orders on Friday must be placed by 1:30 PM.All merchandise is inspected and determined to be in top of the line condition by our Inventory Quality Team prior to shipping. In the unlikely event you receive a can that was damaged via one of our carriers, please contact us.We will request a photo of the item and will reimburse you or provide a future credit based on your preference. Please hold on to the can/s in question for 7 days, as UPS or USPS may request an inspection of the merchandise.We will be closed 10/17/22 10/18/22.
